1. General Terms

Note: If JillBet discovers that an account was registered by a person under 18 years of age, that account will be immediately closed and any funds deposited will be returned to the payment source. Winnings accumulated on the account will not be paid out.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each individual is permitted to hold only one JillBet account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

JillBet is not liable for any loss incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

JillBet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through officially supported payment methods as listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. These include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits are generally credited to your JillBet balance within the processing time stated for each payment method. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on the method selected and any verification requirements in place.

  • Minimum deposit: ₱50 (specific minimums may apply per payment method).
  • Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods registered under your name.
  • JillBet reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
  • Funds deposited for gaming purposes are not eligible for interest.
Reminder: JillBet does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party fees from your payment provider, bank, or e-wallet are outside of JillBet's control and are the player's responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

  • Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only.

Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — through the use of multiple accounts, systematic hedging, or other methods designed to extract guaranteed profits — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended.

6. Betting Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JillBet. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

  • Creating or operating more than one JillBet account.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
  • Using another person's identity or payment method without their consent.
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of bots, automated scripts, or any software not authorised by JillBet.
  • Colluding with other players in real-money games to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using JillBet for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Exploiting glitches, errors, or technical faults in JillBet's software for financial gain.
  • Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions in ways not consistent with normal recreational play.
